Many times people running for an elected office will recite various quotes from US Presidents, they are using these quotes to make others believe they are correct. And many times those seeking public approval are the very members of either Democrat or Republican Party preying on those weaker individuals who listen in awe, without applying critical thinking or really looking beyond what they see and hear at that given moment.

Often times people quote George Washington to suggest that they are correct. And many have quoted Abraham Linclon as well to suggest they are correctly applying what is best for this nation.
Yet, it was obvious the real issue was being ignored, otherwise they would not be so fast to endorse someone who is either a Republican or Democrat. It could even be argued they would not be registered to vote under either party.

When you go to register to vote as another party besides Democrat or Republican, or, when changing your party association from Democrat or Republican to another association, listen carefully to what is spoken to you. I personally heard from State officials "You will not be allowed to vote in the primary" (they did not not know who I was other than a person inquiring about joining another party besides Democrat or Republican.).
The statement made to me should not be permitted, the State should not be permitted to express that comment to anyone who is changing their choices in party association. It is a deceptive statement that can be taken the wrong way by the voter of an "alternate party". It can also be taken as an act of intimidation to the voter by the State. Though the State may argue they are educating the voter- (the voter is giving up a right to vote in a primary election). Unless the State fully informs or educates the voter during that conversation, and the State is fully aware the voter they are speaking to knows and understands the difference in a "Primary Election" and a General Election", and the voter understands their choice has no bearing on voting in a general election for any candidate of their choice, before the State begins making that statement, they are knowingly creating a danger not only to the voters but the party that voter wishes to be associated with other than the Democrat or Republican Party.

This is a diversionary tactic: A threat to the voter, to pressure them from joining any other party besides those which hold Primary Elections, to ones that are only permitted by the State to hold conventions, which the voter may understand as they will not be allowed to vote at all.

This is especially the case if they are registering to vote for a party that is not on that States list of party's who are qualified to have a candidate on the ballots, under the rules imposed by that States rulling factions, who also control the law making process; who are responsible for causing so many ill feelings and the lack of voter confidence in their government, who are deciding to quietly seek alternate choices, but afraid of being labled publicly by the State, and having their right of privacy infringed upon by the very system they believe has divorced them and destroyed their trust.

When you have fear of your government, the government (actually the party associations controling government,) has control of you. And many people are afraid of their government (again; afraid of the combined factions controlling government), they are too afraid to make any open statements they disagree at the risk of false imprisonment, persecution, and even loosing their jobs, unless they know they have a lot of people to associate with, most will say they are non political or Independent.

Courage, like cowardace, has more room to successfully function when there are more people to hide behind. Any faction which holds power, also holds knowledge of this fact. They also use their power, with that knowledge to their advantage- to remain in power.

What harm is their in being a part of a faction or an association? Can't one or two people play a role in keeping that group from becoming corrupt?
According to the history of mankind, the answer continuously has been absolutely not.

When George Washington was giving his farewell address he brought out several topics that needed to be addressed. Not soley to that generation, but to future generations as well.

"...combinations or associations of the above description may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely, in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion."

Mr Washington described what threats lurk in party associations to liberty. Though he understood how vital a union was, he also recognized how the dangers a union or a couple strong unions were inside of a union, and the needs of preventing another war, one which he actively participated in, and witnessed so many men and women die while he commanded the Continental Army.

What is the definiton of this "liberty" Mr Washington Spoke of ?
"Liberty itself will find in such a government, with powers properly distributed and adjusted, its surest guardian. It is, indeed, little else than a name, where the government is too feeble to withstand the enterprises of faction, to confine each member of the society within the limits prescribed by the laws, and to maintain all in the secure and tranquil enjoyment of the rights of person and property. " -George Washingtons Farewell adress

Clearly the liberty that was being spoken of by Mr. Washington was already at risk with an association of two controlling organizations or unions in place in the very government he was Presiding over in the White House.

It is often heard, people will address any other party other than the Democrat or Republican Party as a "third party". Yet, In Delaware, there are over 25 registered political party's you can register to vote under. however, in 2012 only four of those associations are able to have their candidates placed on the election ballots, for voters to choose from, unless a person seeking to be elected obtains the State required number of signatures to be placed on the ballot as a candidate for an elected office.

What happens if a person who belongs to an unqulified party that has only a hand full of registered voters in the State, but are capable of being placed on the ballots because of having enough signatures? Are they now the "Third Party"? or are one of the other two party's besides Democrat and Republican the third party? Who is third, fourth, sixth? or twenty-sixth? And what does it really matter? And what happens a Democrat Changes to a Republican or vise versa. Are they still any different? or the same? and why is there a law to restrict what party's can be on the ballots but there is no law that restricts a person from changing party affilitaion and then being able to run on that party's ballot?
Both are equally wrong!

I have never really dedicated myself to a party. And though I am the state chairman for a political party. I still reserve myself from becoming too influenced by any one party, including the one I belong to. The reason for my reservation is based upon what risks George Washington percieved would occur, that would eventually destroy the preservation of the rights of person (life, and ethically responsible for ones own actions) and the ownership of property.

If you thought it is somewhere in the Caribbean you don't know Early-American history, prior to the rape that was done in Washington, DC on February 21,1871 that turned Washington DC into a Corporation- One cons-piracy by the 41st Congress to enslave us back to the Crown of England again.

Many will stand accused as co cons pirateers for voting for the same cons-pirateers which have continuously facilitated acts of violence, with malice against the human race. Will you be one of those who stands and thinks you are so patriotic as you remove your hat and put your hand over your heart; while the Star Spangled Banner plays before the next game you attend; While being so quick at placing your finger on a lever in a booth, or to punch a hole in a card-- deciding to select the same factions which sold this nation back to the very crown and country that bombarded Ft McHenry Baltimore MD. as Mr Francis Scott Key and John Stuart Skinner where held captive and forced to watch in horror onboard the HMS Surprise and later back on HMS Minden?



While the British dubbed the city of Baltimore a "Nest of Pirates", because of the Chesapeake having so many Privateers fighting against the Crown for the nations liberty from tyranny. The Two sides of TWEA.

According to financial news published this year by Reuters and AP, we are exporting as much as three times more of our refined products overseas due to an excess of inventory.

Something to think about; maybe we should stop exporting that first. Or, maybe we have a back room deal that is made between corporations and government, again doing GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION COMMON WITH SOCIAL FASCIST GOVERNMENT SYSTEMS ?

Amazing the energy companies are whining they need to sell the oil overseas due to the low demand in the US.

Maybe the low demand is due to the inflated prices? And they expect sympathy from us consumers?

This once again proves supply has nothing to do with prices., and the price of oil and fossil fuels are all driven by speculators.

So, will you let me explain to you what you already know; or should know? Without calling me a Conspiracy theorist or some radical threat?

(Probably not, but I am going to put it out here anyway, so when it comes time that history researchers reflect back on what went wrong, someone can say; look, there were still some signs of intelligence among some Americans. (The history researchers will probably be speaking in either Arabic or an Asian language though.))

1 Get rid of the spectators, who make a mint off the ever increasing piracy of price jacking in commodities like crude oil and other commodities, including food supplies.

2 End the politics of borrowing from a bank that is a foreign entity of the US Government, that controls its currency, and thus controls the ability to regulate the price of goods; interest rates; employment, and or unemployment and every aspect of individuals right to life liberty and the right to own property, especially real estate.

3 End the politics of following the same two party's who are to blame for the bankruptcy of this nation that occurred a long time ago, (dating back to the first Civil War Act), and debtors (foreign bankers) never being paid back and an accrued interest consecutively added annually. Now, I am going to give you something that many can't handle so they are excused to go back to the bar to get drunker and pass out!


4 Elect a President, and members in Congress who will End the wall street boy racket; End the banker boy racket, and that will stop all the woes of Corporate global domination that goes to a group of nine banks owners' who have clearly, continuously been violating Trading With The Enemy Act of 1917, and have no concern about your constitutional rights, yet are always able to buy politics, with hundreds of millions of dollars at a time; giving to politicians and their campaigns, like Billionaire Sheldon Adelson announced he may do, and others have done in the past, instead of these billionairs who have made their profits off of others slavery, using their profits by investing in solving the problems more realistically with contributing their wealth outside of political campaigns, for people like Newt, Romney, Obama and many others who are wanting to run government in the best interest of corporations, and these Billionaires doing their philanthripical work, without the government telling them they should, and without doing these good Samaretan deeds only to make them feel less guilty, or privy them to having something named after them for their good deed.

Now that is a free market concept that comes right out the Values of some of the Founding fathers, (I say some, because it was not the expressed opinion of all), allowing individuals to be free and independent -liberated while protecting Constitutional value too. (That thought will never be given too much attention. That would require the ones who have the ability to do good, to believe in caring for your neighbor as you do yourself.)

This law (TWEA) is an effectively permanent law that allows the president, by declaring an emergency, to assume the role of dictator. Just as Franklin D. Roosevelt done.

However, every law has two edges to it, and the TWEA can also be used to liberate America from the dictatorship we have been under when FDR used it to put us under the rule of the Federal Reserve Banking System (a foreign entity that I will get explain more about in a moment).

The TWEA was used to bring the bankers vacation about that brought in the Federal Reserve Banks having total control of the US CURRENCY. And can be used to destroy their vile power as well.
The president may designate agencies of his choice to investigate, regulate, and license any transaction of any person (enemy) within the United States, by means of rules and regulations he may prescribe in accordance to Sec. 5(b) of the TWEA.

(Using an executive order was how the system of governance was brought in and that foreign governance can be taken out the same way, with the approval of a body of Congress that would support a president who would do such action. But people have to elect a body in Congress that would not contest his actions.)

Sec. 2(c) of the act defines "enemy" as foreigners and countries who were at war with the United States. It specifically excluded American citizens as enemies. Sec. 5(b) specifically excluded transactions of the American people.

So now do you understand what is required; And are you willing to stop Pansy panting around with the same politicians and political party system that supports America being governed by the Federal Reserve a foreign entity of off shore banks?

Sec. 5(b) - That the President may investigate, regulate or prohibit, under such rules as he may prescribe by means of foreign exchange, export or earmarkings of gold or silver coin or bullion or currency, transfers of credit in any form other than credits relating to transactions to be executed wholly within the United States..."

In the event there is any lingering doubt concerning the nature and effect of the Trading With the Enemy Act, it is suggested that you read Senate Report 93-549.

A majority of the people of the United States have lived all their lives under emergency rule. For almost 40 years, freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought in force by states of national emergency.

You were sold out voters, by the Democrat and Republican Party, to an enemy, a foreign body! the Federal Reserve Banks are not part of the US Government, therefore it is operating as a foreign entity!!

These banks known as the FEDERAL RESERVE Are actually off shore banks which are required to follow the laws of Admiralty or Maritime Laws. (You know these laws today is the Uniform Commerical Code in part dealing with securities and their transactions under Art. 8 and Art. 9 of the UCC.

Now, it is up to you to share this if you care about how to fix the problems. Or you can ignore it.

A Visitor from the Past

Last evening Brittany Overton coordinated an event, the "LIBERTY FUNDRAISER" which was held at Film Brothers Studio in Wilmington Delaware.
Individuals were invited from Delaware and elsewhere who boast of being called "Tea Party Patriots" Many guest speakers were also invited. Sadly, there were only 4 speakers who volunteered their time and efforts to speak at the event.

At the opening of the Liberty Fundraiser, Brittany read the history of the Constitution Party and followed with a poem written by Thelen Paulk, "A Visitor From The Past."

A total of five people decided to come to the event.
Many were invited, But nearly everyone invited were too preoccupied to even give respect to the coordinator who spent so much time and effort coordinating the event, so others could listen to speakers explain their thoughts on the condition of the country our State and how we can work together to understand and solve the problems that are faced today by most Americans.

One of the speakers was Democrat, and the others were either members of the Libertarian Party or Constitution Party.

There will be video footage of each of the speakers posted on facebook and youtube
however, after witnessing such a poor turnout for this event. I will say to all those invited and were able to attend but refused to do so, including the hypocrites who dare to even eual themselves to Tea Party Patriots like Nathan Hale, (June 6, 1755 – September 22, 1776) abusively and insultingly plagerizing the title of "Tea Party Patriots"; May the spirit of Captain Hale visit you in your sleep and give you a fright that makes even your soul melt in horror for fourteen days, the number of days Nate had volunteered to go behind enemy lines and report on British troop movements for you to have Liberty until he was hung for the charge being an illegal combatant.

Time to answer the question, Which one are you ? A Tea Party Patriot; or, a Freedom Fighter?
There's a vast gap between the two.
Democrats promised that we would be out of Iraq in 6 months after the 2008 elections. And that the Republicans were waging a 100 year war. Nut cases that voted for them in 2008 were suckers and even waged wars against people who opposed their cookie sheet Peeps.

Just like the people who voted for Republicans in office in 2010 was suckered into voting for them on the Abolish Obama Care and the "Budget Cut" Promises made by the Republicans.

Iraq Withdrawal Decision Threatens Transition
People marched on DC to oppose the "Obama care Bill" and all the things that was being done. But what did those people do after the bill was passed into law? They went and voted for Republicans, and took up opposing something else. Never finishing the first task! Sarah Palin Quit her post.. and they too are nothing but a bunch of QUITTERS! Bird of the same Flock!

And the Republicans ran on the promises they would repeal that, and cut government spending and a bunch of other things that people, like myself said would not happen if you elected Republicans back in power.

So what did the Republicans do?

They Compromised, Raising the debt ceiling, and the cuts they agreed to still will not save the AAA Rating we have in borrowing money. The cuts are a mere drop in the bucket. One trillion dollars over 10 years for the 14 trillion borrowed and adding another 2 trillion to that 14 trillion the spent in one year. That isn't even a symbolic gesture.

Then there is the Bank Bailouts

What did the Democrats and Republicans do again?

Here is your shovel ready government plan for bailing out the Banks. If they can't sell it they aren't giving it to you either. And to think you were suckered into believing what they told you...,That the racketeers in government was about defending the Constitution- Life liberty and Property ..

Bulldoze: The New Way To Foreclose

I have attended Tea Party rally's that were taking place all over, and watched what was said and done carefully. I even offered advise.

Remember, I said the real tea party started long before 2008. Well, If you can view videos on youtube. Look at this protest rally that took in 1993. Learn a little lesson on the what the real freedom fighters are about and what they do when these criminals in office pass laws that are unconstitutional.

Then you will know why I didn't really give a flip whether you voted for me or not in 2010 or even if you agreed with me! And I often said, Look in my blue eyes, and tell me if you see either word:
I, or Care in them.

I am about fighting for freedom not playing games with false teeth and tye dyed hair. I have full understanding that my religious theology may not be what you agree with. And I also refuse to put it aside while running for office.

Again, I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU THINK OF MY FAITH, AND MY EXERCISING IT FREELY.

I am free to think on my own, and act accordingly, to the principles and the faith I believe in as being true doctrine.
It is your right to agree, or disagree with me.

It's also not really important if you oppose a bill while it is being debated most times, As I hope you have learned now; THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU THINK, while they are in the process of shoving dictates and authoritative brute-totalitarian force upon you.
What is more important; to stand and fight against that bill after it has been passed as if your very life depended upon it Because it does!!! and your childs life!

That is how bills get abolished not by quitting, And surely not by voting for the two evils to remain in power!!!

There aren't enough prisons to lock every protestor up, They tried that with Outlawing Alcahol. And when people make the government liable, it stops these assholes dead in their tracks. Or allows for the next stage of a protest to begin.

Some may believe that the Tea Party has awoken the masses, and that is what is needed; to wait for the masses. to be woke up. If that is what you believe, then you are just as much to blame for the problems as the criminals who are usurping power while holding an elected or appointed office and abusing the rights of the people. You may as well wait for hell to freeze over. Or sand to become a top selling item in the Mojave Desert. That kind of thinking gets nothing accomplished or is more harm than good.

How does this quote apply to other laws? the foundation is laid under prima facie tthe government cannot make any objective standards for any laws without taking on liability, and since they are expressly forbidden from taking on any liability, they can never make an objective standard. Meaning tax law? is objective because it sets a "Standard: Health Care; sets a standard. and all other social agendas that are funded by tax payer dollars are included in this. Seat Belt Laws, Helmet laws. .. And what do you do? comply to their standards by complying to their rules!

.Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives John Boehner, in an effort to rally the troops approved the showing of a clip from the movie "The Town". According to CBS News, "The 2010 flick is about Boston bank robbers, and the scene that House Republican Whip Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., played to the House GOP caucus depicts two characters about to go beat people up."

Now that's a good idea. NOT!

Now this part sounds Nancy Pelosian. CBS News reports:


In that scene, Ben Affleck's character says, "I need your help. I can't tell you what it is. You can never ask me about it later." In its reporting, the Post left out Affleck's next line: "We're gonna hurt some people."
The character played by Jeremy Lee Renner replies, "Whose car we takin'?"

After viewing the clip, Rep. Allen West, R-Fla., replied, "I'm ready to drive the car."

West's office confirms that the Tea Party-backed congressman did give that spirited reply and still backs Boehner's deficit reduction plan. [My emphasis]

To say I am disappointed in Rep. West is an understatement. Some have called Rep. West a "defector". According to my souces a million texts messages againt the Boehner bill was sent to every cell phone in Washington, D.C. This effort caused Speaker Boehner to delay the floor vote until Friday. Had Rep. West stuck to his guns, as some have said, until the Friday vote he would have been looked upon as a hero. Now many of his supporters are questioning his metal.

For him to "drive" the effort to raise the debt ceiling flies in the face of his pledge on Cap, Cut and Balance. Has he lost his way or was he bribed by Speaker Boehner with funding and support for his reelection bid in 2012? We shall see.

We the members of all alternate parties have witnessed the agenda behind the political science our General Assembly members have embarked upon from what some may consider both sides of the Aisle. Others consider them a basket full of fruit falling from the same poisonous tree,

In the upcoming presidential campaign, as in the past, the experiences in attitude and acceptance of any options for an alternate candidate have been at very least, less than favorable, and most times completely ignored by the GOP.

I have studied the phenomena of the Ron Paul movement for years. And my conclusion is thus;

Ron Paul will not be confirmed. Because of the rules the GOP used in the past. Yet the GOP will continue to use Mr. Paul as a tool of leverage as long as he remains with the GOP. To repel any potential risks or threats from alternate party candidates and their supporters having an opportunity to be elected, where selecting a candidate that would have a different view than is currently held in the politcal theater of government is less likely to ever occur without abandoing the GOP all together. Supporters for Paul will continue to focus on having him nominated, while the main body of the GOP continues to work its witchcraft. Funded by Banks and special interest PAC's including the Tea Party PAC's which are often times selecting GOP candidates over any althernate party candidates to endorse, Which contiues to feed the GOP's march, in lockstep with its agenda to continue with absolute despotism.

As Jubal Anderson Early expressed was occuring before the War and expressed would continue in a matrix that has embodied the entire spetrum of real politik today when we wrote of these atrocities in his book in 1867

I have long stated that neither side have any intentions of yielding power, (if you are one who views them as being any different). And they will use any opportunities available to obtain intelligence; to distract; deter and divide, in order to ultimately achieve victory in conquering each election cycle with their own pre planned candidates.

On the outside of the spectrum of the Politico theaters, things are seen as giving the people their ability to perform their patriotic choice in selecting who best represents their voice. Yet on the inside of the Politico-machine, the very mechanics or sciences which are moving the machine ahead are pre programmed. So it functions with continual inertia, with little to no maintenance required for the machine to continue its pre-destined course of action.

Some people call it business as usual. Others call it absolute despotism; Totalitarianism; Communism; and a plethora of other titles. Some even label the actions taking place as treasonous.

This week celebrates a very interesting week in American history, most have forgotten about, or have neglected to teach this generation.

The Battle of Montocacy and the battle at Fort Stevens. July 8-12 1864

These battles took place starting just outside of Washington DC Lt. General Jubal A. Early came within sharpshooters distance to Abraham Lincoln on July 11 and 12 186,where Lincoln witnessed personally the dedication of a Commander who was only under Robert E. Lee, and prior to his death at Chancelorsville, General Thomas Stonewall Jackson. Lt General Early frightened Lincoln, and his administration that week.

If Early had been able to muster enough provisions to continue his advance on Washington it is likely Early would have been able to repel the Union forces enough to initiate Grant to commit additional forces to defend DC than had originally been done. Both battles Early was able to escape capture from the Union unskathed and with minimal losses.

Whereas, without any doubt to anyone who knows the details of these battles, also recognize they humiliated the Lincoln administration, General Grant and the Union forces. It also proved to Lincoln the defeat at Gettysburg was not decisive that would eliminate the risk of Lincoln and the Capture of Washington DC out of the reach of the Confederate Army.

Senator John Warwick Daniel, who served on Early's staff, eulogized him thusly: "Virginia holds the dust of many a faithful son, but not of one whom loved her more, who fought for her better, or would have died for her more willingly."
